Miller class II defects on #11-14. Sulcular incision made paring the papillae A full-split thickness flap is elevated with distal releasing incision. Roots have been debrided and conditioned with tetracycline Papillae is de-epithelialized. Mucograft® is trimmed dry and placed over the defect site without compression Mucograft® rapidly absorbs blood and facilitates hemostatsis

Once completely hydrated, Mucograft® conforms easily to the defect and is sutured in place with 6-0 chromic gut sutures The mucogingival flap is coronally advanced and sutured with 4-0 chromic gut sutures Three months post-op demonstrates excellent root coverage
